

When Priscilla Perez landed a Lululemon grant to bring her vision to life, ENC was the first call she made (at least we'd like to think so). The mission was clear: build a brand that could hold the weight of her energy, her purpose, and her people. A wellness pop-up experience rooted in movement, community, and soul needed an identity just as alive as the experience itself.



And so Off Duty Rituals was born. ENC crafted a full identity that felt just like the experience: vibrant, transformative, and deeply human. From messaging and visual direction to merchandise and cause-driven storytelling, every element was designed to turn self-care into celebration.
